About the Role
You will embed with firmware, runtime, performance, and simulation groups to build practical agentic workflows for coding, debugging, triage, testing, and documentation. You will own shared agent tooling and skills, integrate automation into CI and engineering workflows, measure its quality with evaluations, and establish standards for dependable AI-assisted engineering.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background
- Systems or infrastructure experience
- Expert hands-on experience with agentic development tools including OpenAI Codex and Claude Code
- Experience integrating LLM APIs and building evaluations
- Track record of internal tooling or developer-productivity work adopted by engineers
- Ability to define a roadmap from observed friction
- Excellent written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Embed with firmware, runtime, performance, and simulation groups to build agentic workflows
- Pair with senior engineers to improve coding, debugging, triage, test generation, and documentation
- Own the shared skills repository and internal agent tooling
- Integrate agents into CI, code review, log and trace triage, and silicon debugging
- Build and maintain workflow evaluations and regression-test automation
- Set standards for AI-assisted engineering and identify valuable use cases
