Skills
About the Role
You'll join the international expansion team and own one of three phases of Eucalyptus's global growth, moving across all three as the business grows and needs shift. If you're selecting new markets, you'll be dropped into a country and trusted to come back with an answer - owning the full due diligence process across competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnership opportunities. You'll meet with the people who know the market, from potential pharmacy partners to pharma companies and advisors, and synthesise everything into an investment thesis that gives leadership what they need for a go/no-go decision. If you're launching a new market, you'll be the end-to-end owner of a market launch, from the first local hire to the first patient acquired, navigating systems, tools, and regulatory environments that nobody has mapped for you yet. You'll build the local team, sign the first pharmacy partner, and keep every workstream moving through rigorous project management. If you're scaling a launched market, you'll own the P&L, run experiments to improve the funnel, make data-driven bets, and build the systems that let your team do the same, while hiring and developing local talent and holding them accountable to OKRs.
