About the Role

You will conduct end-to-end merchant KYB reviews, including UBO identification, corporate-structure analysis, and document verification. You will process complex and high-risk onboarding cases, ensure decisions comply with AML frameworks and regulatory requirements, escalate risks, maintain accurate records, report risk patterns, and improve procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYB, AML, or compliance operations
• Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services
• Experience reviewing corporate structures, UBO chains, and onboarding documentation
• Understanding of AML regulations and KYB frameworks
• Risk assessment and decision-making skills
• Communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end KYB reviews for merchants, including UBO identification, corporate structure analysis, and document verification
• Process onboarding cases across risk profiles, including high-risk industries and complex corporate structures
• Ensure onboarding decisions comply with internal policies, AML frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain quality and accuracy across KYB reviews within SLA targets
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the KYB Lead or Compliance team
• Contribute to operational reporting and flag merchant-risk patterns or issues
• Support process improvements and maintain procedure documentation
• Stay current with regulatory frameworks affecting crypto, fintech, and payments
• Collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Success, and Sales on merchant onboarding
