About the Role
You will review high-volume money movement requests, including ACH, check, wire, and brokerage transactions. You will manage transaction queues, investigate discrepancies, apply AML and OFAC requirements, and coordinate with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to complete transactions accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Knowledge of asset movement procedures, workflows, and regulatory considerations
- Basic understanding of financial markets and the securities industry
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data entry, written, verbal, and phone communication skills
- 1–2 years of financial operations experience
- SIE license required
- Series 99 license preferred
- Experience managing transactional workflows using proprietary financial systems
- Analytical, decision-making, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Review high volumes of money movement requests in line with policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage daily transaction queues and resolve discrepancies and inquiries through final resolution
- Enforce AML and OFAC requirements and review adherence to standard operating procedures
- Partner with clearing firms and internal Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Advisor Services teams
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client experience in cashiering operations
