About the Role
This role amplifies dev.fun through KOLs and communities across CN and EN, turning creator reach into activated users and agents. It owns sourcing, creator deals, campaigns, attribution, KOL-ready content briefs, activation quality, anti-fraud, CRM maintenance, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Live roster of CN and/or EN AI or crypto creators.
- Fully bilingual in Chinese and English and native to both content cultures.
- Working understanding of AI and crypto.
- Strong relationship-building skills focused on reusable creator partnerships.
- CPA or bounty mindset with ability to interpret attribution.
- Hands-on experience with negotiation, project management, community operations, and CRM management.
- Understanding of AI, crypto, or games and experience building an agent are nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a tiered KOL network across CN and EN.
- Negotiate creator terms and payout structures tied to activation.
- Run campaigns aligned with product milestones, including content drops, livestreams, and KOL duels.
- Convert and attribute users and agents activated through third-party sources.
- Adapt materials into CN- and EN-language KOL briefs and enforce activation quality.
- Maintain CRM workflows and produce weekly and monthly activation reports.
