About the Role
You will independently handle customer inquiries by telephone and through online banking service channels. You will analyze customer needs, provide suitable solutions, identify cross-selling opportunities, refer them to advisors, and help maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Completed vocational education, with or without a school-leaving certificate
- Initial professional experience, ideally in a commercial field
- Customer and service orientation
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working with people
- Interest in innovative new media
- Communication skills
- Hands-on approach
- Teamwork
- Excellent German and good English language skills
