About the Role
You will support product delivery by tracking Jira tickets, identifying blockers, following up on dependencies, coordinating launch readiness, preparing meeting materials, documenting decisions, researching markets and user flows, and organizing feedback into product prioritization inputs.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks independently.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Interest in gaming digital products or B2B SaaS is preferred.
- Prior coordination support or student project lead experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Track ticket status in Jira and flag blockers and outdated items.
- Maintain dependency notes and follow up on action items.
- Monitor cross-functional launch readiness.
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Write meeting summaries and distribute action items.
- Draft weekly stakeholder status updates.
- Maintain Confluence process documents decision logs and launch notes.
- Structure meeting notes into reusable documentation.
- Conduct research on competitors markets and user flows.
- Synthesize feedback for product prioritization.
- Track delivery metrics and identify workflow friction points.
