About the Role
You will own day-to-day creative direction for evergreen paid campaigns, from concepts and briefs through final approval. You will write UGC scripts and creative briefs, analyze account and competitive insights, partner with designers, media buyers, agencies, Product, and Legal, and test creative to improve performance. You will manage production timelines, maintain asset volume and quality, and use AI tools to support research and production.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, media buying, art direction, or DTC copywriting
- Experience producing or briefing direct-response ads, UGC, or testimonial-style content
- Written communication and brief-writing skills
- Experience collaborating with designers or external creative partners
- Experience at a DTC, digital-first, or high-growth startup brand preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-iteration, high-volume creative environment
Responsibilities
- Own creative direction for evergreen paid campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other channels
- Develop concepts and creative briefs through final approval
- Write creative briefs that translate business goals into direction for designers and external partners
- Analyze account trends, reviews, and the competitive landscape to shape creative direction
- Partner with designers, media buyers, and agencies through ideation and production
- Test and iterate creative concepts to optimize performance
- Maintain the quality and volume of content assets in market
- Manage timelines and organize production workflows
- Use AI tools to support understanding and production
