About the Role
You will prepare and configure PC and Mac computers, maintain hardware, resolve support tickets, and help with onboarding and offboarding. You will support office installations, track IT inventory, provide daily technical assistance, and help improve helpdesk processes.
Requirements
- Current studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest or initial experience in IT support or hardware maintenance
- Knowledge of PC and Mac setup and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Jira or helpdesk systems
- Interest in IT operations and user support
Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure PC and Mac computers
- Refurbish and maintain hardware
- Respond to IT support tickets
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Support new office-space installations
