About the Role
You will triage employee support requests, troubleshoot devices and basic network issues, and communicate through incidents to resolution. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain support procedures and knowledge-base articles, track hardware, support identity and collaboration tools, and provide hands-on on-site technology support.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of help desk, internal IT support, or similar technical support experience
- Experience supporting Okta and Google Workspace user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO
- Experience with Iru and Microsoft Intune MDM platforms
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Experience supporting Slack and Microsoft Office 365
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming employee support requests
- Troubleshoot workstation, laptop, mobile, and basic network issues
- Support high-priority incidents and document work through resolution
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Maintain support procedures and employee-facing knowledge-base articles
- Track hardware inventory and coordinate replacements and repairs
- Support password resets, MFA, email, and productivity tools
- Provide hands-on support for printers, peripherals, and meeting-room technology
