About the Role
You will provide technical support and escalation for end users and executives, automate IT processes, and collaborate on infrastructure-as-code projects. You will deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, document, configure, and monitor LAN, WAN, WiFi, and cloud network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Knowledge of IT-infrastructure automation and orchestration tools
- Experience working in an infrastructure-as-code environment
- Experience using Git for collaboration
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, OIDC, and MFA
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to use Wireshark and Nmap
- Understanding of firewall and IDS design and implementation
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN design
Responsibilities
- Automate IT and infrastructure processes
- Provide onsite and remote guidance for engineers and staff
- Support Windows, macOS, Ubuntu Linux, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing
- Coordinate issue resolution with operations, engineering, and domain specialists
- Perform quality assurance and user-acceptance testing
- Deploy, support, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WiFi, and cloud networks
- Test and document network architecture and performance
- Configure network policies and procedures
- Install, configure, and monitor network infrastructure
