About the Role
You will lead IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition integration. You will assess systems and security risks, migrate people, devices, and data, build automation, and coordinate technical work across relevant functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on corporate IT engineering experience
- Experience designing and shipping systems, migrations, or integrations
- Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider
- Python or similar programming experience using SaaS APIs
- Working knowledge of endpoint management and security
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives, legal teams, corporate development teams, and engineers
Responsibilities
- Lead technical IT due diligence for acquisitions
- Assess identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure risks
- Define technical integration plans and day-one requirements
- Migrate people, devices, and data onto the company stack
- Coordinate integration work with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Build and automate a repeatable IT M&A playbook
- Contribute to core Corporate Systems projects when M&A work is light
