About the Role
You will own the endpoint platform, including MDM infrastructure, device configuration, patching, telemetry, and automation. You will build secure rollout and provisioning systems, partner on security controls, support macOS and Linux devices, and handle endpoint escalations.
Requirements
- 8+ years building secure IT systems
- Experience leading projects across multiple teams
- Experience managing thousands of macOS devices through a modern MDM
- Configuration-as-code experience
- macOS internals knowledge

- Runbook writing
Responsibilities
- Author, review, test, and roll out MDM policies, configuration profiles, and remediation scripts
- Operate the MDM platform, infrastructure as code, observability, upgrades, and incident response
- Build patch-management automation
- Design zero-touch device provisioning
- Support Linux machines alongside the macOS fleet
- Turn fleet telemetry into policies, dashboards, and drift warnings
- Automate manual operations work
- Partner on endpoint hardening, binary authorization, and compliance controls
- Handle endpoint requests and escalations
