IT Support Specialist

About the Role

You will manage the full lifecycle of employee hardware and software, from white-glove onboarding to complex troubleshooting. You will administer user access and security policies in Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, handle ticketing in Jira Service Management, and support macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android devices. You will maintain printers, A/V equipment and network peripherals, troubleshoot basic networking (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi), and act as the primary onsite point of contact for executive-level and general tech requests. You will own technical issues until resolved and translate complex problems into clear solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT support experience in a global corporate environment
  • Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows 11; functional knowledge of Linux and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
  • Experience administering Okta, Google Workspace, and Office 365
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar enterprise ticketing platforms
  • Solid understanding of networking basics including DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Experience with hardware maintenance for printers and peripherals
  • Ability to provide premium customer service, operate with professional maturity, and translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Set up, deploy, and manage Mac and Windows workstations
  • Manage user access, groups, and security policies in Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests via Jira Service Management and meet SLAs with first-touch focus
  • Support iOS, Android, and Linux devices and maintain printers, A/V equipment, and network peripherals
  • Provide white-glove onsite support and act as primary point of contact for executive and staff tech needs
