About the Role
You will provide responsive first-level hardware and software support for remote and on-site personnel. You will administer identity and access systems, manage device lifecycles and assets, support office technology, assist with procurement and licensing, enforce security standards, and improve IT processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support or operations experience in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
- Google Workspace user, group, and policy administration experience.
- macOS and Windows workstation configuration and administration experience.
- Experience enrolling and managing iOS and Android devices through mobile device management.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Triage, track, and resolve hardware and software support requests through Jira Service Management.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, role changes, permissions, and MFA across Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Asana.
- Provision, configure, ship, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Maintain hardware asset inventory from procurement through retirement.
- Support office technology, including meeting-room audio/video equipment, Wi-Fi, and network printers.
- Assist with hardware and software purchasing, license management, enterprise subscriptions, and IT billing reconciliation.
- Ensure devices comply with security baselines and legal guidelines.
- Improve IT processes, documentation, and operational practices.
- Administer security configurations and delegated access for social media accounts, brand channels, and shared platforms.
