About the Role

You will resolve employee technology issues across devices, accounts, networks, and SaaS tools. You will support onboarding and access workflows, document processes, improve device and identity systems, automate repetitive work, and join an on-call rotation.

Requirements

Hands-on IT support experience
macOS endpoint support
ChromeOS, iOS, and Android support
Google Workspace administration
Slack administration
SaaS administration
Identity and access management fundamentals including SSO, MFA, and directory services
MDM and endpoint management fundamentals
Bash or Python scripting
Troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues
Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Atlassian
Troubleshoot device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement
Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows
Coordinate cross-team escalations
Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues
Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers
Write and maintain runbooks, guides, and knowledge-base articles
Identify recurring support issues and automation opportunities
Improve onboarding and high-volume operations
Maintain device management, identity, and access systems
Write Bash or Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks
