About the Role
You will serve as the primary IT contact and strategic technology partner for London Market Specialty and its associated legal entities. You will shape technology demand, maintain the IT roadmap, oversee delivery and service performance, manage risks and governance requirements, and oversee budgets and strategic vendors.
Requirements
- Significant experience in IT leadership, business relationship management, or technology delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of London Market or specialty insurance operations.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex demand portfolios.
- Experience working in regulated environments with multiple legal entities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the London Market Specialty business.
- Represent SIMA and SINT on IT governance, regulatory requirements, and delivery oversight.
- Build relationships with executive leaders across Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Risk.
- Develop and maintain the London Market Specialty IT roadmap.
- Translate business strategy into IT priorities, initiatives, and investment plans.
- Own the IT demand lifecycle from intake and shaping through prioritization and delivery.
- Work with Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Delivery teams to define solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery for London Market Specialty initiatives.
- Monitor IT service performance, incidents, stability, and technical debt.
- Escalate critical London Market Specialty IT issues.
- Ensure IT solutions comply with London Market and regulatory requirements.
- Represent London Market Specialty, SIMA, and SINT in IT governance and architecture forums.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, and GRC teams on regulatory initiatives and audits.
- Oversee IT budgets, forecasting, and spend transparency.
- Oversee strategic vendors supporting London Market Specialty platforms and services.
