About the Role

You will lead the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, security operations, and service delivery. You will manage enterprise systems, cloud resources, endpoint security, backups, disaster recovery, audits, budgets, procurement, policies, and a team of IT professionals.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations
• 3–5+ years in an IT Manager, Lead, or senior technical role
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience managing Azure, AWS, or GCP, including optimization and cost control
• Experience with JAMF or equivalent endpoint and device management tools
• Expertise in server deployment, upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning
• Experience with enterprise firewalls and antivirus platforms
• Experience with SOC operations, security monitoring, and incident response
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Experience supporting IT audit, risk, and compliance requirements
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or CA
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop IT teams
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning
• Hardware and technology procurement and vendor management experience
• Ability to define, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices
• Problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure management across servers, networks, cloud environments, and endpoint security platforms
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services
• Manage server deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and capacity planning
• Oversee cloud operations, cloud agent management, and cloud-resource optimization
• Implement and manage firewalls and antivirus platforms
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for critical systems and data
• Own IT audit, risk, and compliance processes
• Manage IT service delivery, including incidents, change requests, service requests, and asset management
• Participate in SOC operations by monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts and incidents
• Lead and mentor IT team members
• Plan and manage IT budgets, cost optimization, provisioning, and resource allocation
• Drive hardware, software, and technology procurement decisions
• Define and enforce IT policies, processes, and best practices
