About the Role

You will lead the Business Application Services team for Finance IT, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and enhancing operational efficiencies. You'll collaborate closely with IT and business leaders to optimize application value while ensuring security, quality, and compliance across the application landscape. You will own and manage financial applications including Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blackline, Kyriba, Virtual Trader, and Oracle Cloud EPM (Hyperion), while building strong relationships across global Finance teams such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, General Ledger, Cash Management, FP&A, Statutory & Audit, Global Tax, and M&A.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading global Business technology teams in large enterprises
• Proven knowledge of financial application architecture technologies and best practices for SaaS technologies including Oracle and boundary applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills including experience with agile/waterfall methodologies and change management
• Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) at scale
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
• Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage budgets and optimize costs
• Leadership and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for business applications supporting the Finance organization
• Lead mentor and develop a global IT team across the US India and the Czech Republic
• Maintain operational effectiveness while implementing change strategies
• Implement governance standard methodologies and metrics for application lifecycle management including development release management change control maintenance and support
• Work with internal security and governance teams to ensure compliance with laws regulations and industry standards
• Lead risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate risks associated with applications
• Own and manage financial applications and boundary systems like Oracle ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud Blackline Kyriba Virtual Trader and Oracle Cloud EPM Hyperion
• Build constructive and effective relationships inside and outside the organization
• Support Finance teams globally including Procurement Accounts Payables Payments General Ledger Cash Management FP&A Statutory & Audit Global Tax and Mergers & Acquisitions
