About the Role
You will own day-to-day IT operations for the São Paulo site. You will support users, manage the Apple device fleet and Google Workspace access, maintain office connectivity and shared equipment, and plan purchasing and support capacity as the site grows.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of IT support or operations experience, including primary or sole IT ownership for a site or office.
- Hands-on experience with macOS and Apple device management using MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
- Experience administering Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of office networking, including Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs, and vendor management.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide user support, including onboarding, offboarding, account administration, troubleshooting, and peripheral support.
- Manage Apple devices, including provisioning, MDM enrollment, updates, lifecycle management, and asset records.
- Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, and access.
- Manage office networking and connectivity, including Wi-Fi, switches, and internet-provider escalations.
- Set up meeting rooms, printers, and shared equipment.
- Plan purchasing, capacity, and the support model as the site grows.
