About the Role
You will support the IT team by maintaining hardware, software and other systems. You will install and configure software and functions according to specifications, respond to technical problems and requests and provide timely solutions, keep documentation up to date, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field
- Successful completion of introductory courses in relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s program
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Computer literacy with good command of English
Responsibilities
