About the Role

You will own the day-to-day operational flows that enable efficient, high-quality client onboarding. You will conduct checklist-based reviews of KYC/KYB documentation, issue Requests for Information to obtain missing items, maintain audit-ready records, and act as the primary client contact during document collection. You will track case progress, follow up proactively to reduce cycle times, and own onboarding speed KPIs. You will document and systematise onboarding processes into automation-ready SOPs, identify opportunities for agentic automation, and work with Product and Tech to scope, test, and validate AI-assisted workflows. You will prepare and submit Partner Information Forms and coordinate third-party reviews, managing timelines and follow-ups to ensure on-schedule submissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in business operations, KYC document processing, customer onboarding or similar operational roles
  • Hands-on experience with structured checklists, data collection workflows, or document review processes
  • Demonstrable experience building with AI or automation tools, including agentic workflows or prompt-based solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset
  • Ability to manage case queues, track document status, and follow escalation protocols
  • Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in turnaround times
  • Fluent business English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Based in or able to operate fully aligned with Mexico time zone and public holidays

Responsibilities

  • Conduct checklist-based reviews of client KYC and KYB documentation
  • Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to obtain missing or inconsistent documents
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of documentation received and case status
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during document collection
  • Own and drive end-to-end onboarding operational flows
  • Track case progress across the pipeline and proactively follow up
  • Own onboarding speed KPIs and collaborate with Compliance to reduce turnaround time
  • Document and systematise onboarding processes into automation-ready SOPs
  • Identify parts of workflows suitable for agentic automation and work with Product and Tech to implement them
  • Prepare and submit Partner Information Forms and supporting documentation for card scheme partners
  • Coordinate third-party reviews and manage timelines, documentation packages, and follow-ups
