About the Role
You will support front-office trading workflows and monitor broker cash and liquidity. You will own corporate actions end-to-end (dividends, splits, mergers, ETF distributions, ADR events) including research, coordination, and documentation. You will help operationalize new asset listings, assist collateral tracking and bespoke loan arrangements, and perform selected onchain operational tasks. You will improve internal tooling and reporting (Retool, dashboards), identify recurring manual processes and implement scalable automation and AI-enabled workflows, and strengthen operational documentation. You will support HubSpot-based onboarding, KYC refreshes, and client-facing support processes, provide backup coverage for critical workflows, and coordinate cross-functional operational issue resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment operations fintech fund operations or trading operations
- Experience operating across multiple workflows including trade execution reconciliations onboarding and client coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and comfort managing capital flows and operational processes
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Experience improving operational processes dashboards or internal tooling
Responsibilities
- Support execution across tokenized treasury and equity products
- Monitor broker cash balances and liquidity levels
- Own corporate actions processing end-to-end
- Support new asset listings and operational readiness
- Assist with collateral tracking and bespoke loan arrangements
- Perform select onchain operational tasks
- Monitor operational alerts and escalate discrepancies
- Enhance internal Retool dashboards and operational reporting
- Improve visibility into positions cash balances and operational workflows
- Identify recurring manual processes and propose scalable improvements
- Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows
- Strengthen internal documentation and operational clarity
- Support HubSpot-based onboarding workflows and improve data integrity
- Assist with KYC refreshes and documentation updates
- Support development of scalable inbound and outbound support workflows
- Assist with cross-functional operational issue resolution and provide backup coverage
