About the Role

You will provide first-line technical support to employees through phone, email, chat, remote support, and in-person assistance. You will troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, connectivity, mobile, and business application issues; manage tickets; support endpoint provisioning and lifecycle activities; maintain documentation; and assist with onboarding, office technology, and operational support.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of IT support, desktop support, help desk, or related technical experience
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and Zoom or Teams
  • Expertise supporting Windows, macOS, and Apple hardware
  • Working knowledge of Linux, mobile devices, and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and PowerShell
  • Experience with Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and device lifecycle management
  • Understanding of VPNs, MFA, switches, routers, wireless access points, Cisco, Fortinet, and remote connectivity
  • Customer service, communication, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and project leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical assistance through phone, email, chat, remote support, and in-person interactions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, connectivity, and end-user computing issues
  • Install, upgrade, repair, configure, deploy, and support end-user devices and peripherals
  • Manage support requests and document resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Support networking, cloud, and endpoint technologies
  • Support conference room, audiovisual, telephony, and office security technology
  • Lead device provisioning, operating system deployments, asset tracking, inventory management, and warranty coordination
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Research, test, and recommend technologies that improve the IT environment
  • Provision equipment, deliver technical onboarding, and support day-to-day employee operations
