About the Role

You will run IT for the Los Angeles office, including identity, onboarding, endpoint management, SaaS administration, networking, VPN, and A/V. You will design and support studio systems, manage DAW environments and audio hardware, support music-production workflows, coordinate buildouts, write runbooks, and automate recurring support work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT engineering experience
• Significant experience supporting professional audio production environments
• Professional audio expertise in signal flow, digital audio, DAW administration, audio interfaces, monitoring, and room calibration
• Experience across identity, endpoint management, SaaS administration, networking, and office IT
• Experience owning a technical domain end to end
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Run IT for the Los Angeles office
• Manage identity, onboarding, endpoints, SaaS, networking, VPN, and videoconferencing
• Design and support audio and studio systems across offices
• Manage DAW environments, licenses, plugins, audio drivers, and Mac devices
• Troubleshoot audio latency, clocking, and routing issues
• Partner with Engineering and the Suno Studio team on creator environments
• Specify audio, A/V, and network requirements for studio buildouts
• Manage integrators and vendors
• Write runbooks and knowledge articles
• Automate recurring support work
