About the Role

Support real estate industry clients from system strategy planning through implementation and adoption, including DX and IT planning, requirements definition, vendor selection, RFP evaluation, project management, and post-implementation operations design.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with IT or DX projects in consulting or a business company
  • Experience with system planning, business requirements definition, or system requirements definition
  • Experience managing or supporting IT implementation projects as a PM or PMO, including schedule, issue, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with vendor management, RFP preparation, and proposal evaluation
  • Experience in upstream processes from an IT consulting or systems integration background
  • Experience supporting ERP products such as SAP or Oracle or SaaS implementations
  • Understanding of or practical experience with project methods such as Agile and Scrum
  • Experience designing or implementing systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience establishing IT strategy, IT governance, or IT internal controls

Responsibilities

  • Develop DX and IT strategies and system plans
  • Define project scope and drive business and system requirements definition
  • Support vendor selection, RFP preparation, and proposal evaluation
  • Manage system implementation projects as a PM or PMO, including schedule, quality, and cost
  • Support post-implementation adoption and design operations
