About the Role

You will own day-to-day IT operations and build scalable, automated systems for identity, device management, and onboarding. You will administer Google Workspace, manage SSO and SCIM provisioning, operate Mac fleet management and zero-touch deployment, manage AWS IAM access, provide L1/L2 support, create runbooks and onboarding guides, and continuously automate and improve internal IT workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Operations Client Platform or Endpoint Engineering
  • Hands-on macOS administration experience
  • Experience managing Mac MDM solutions (Kandji Jamf Rippling MDM Workspace ONE Intune)
  • Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment
  • Strong Google Workspace administration experience
  • Experience with SAML SSO setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with SCIM provisioning setup and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of IAM fundamentals groups roles and audits
  • Hands-on experience with AWS IAM policies roles and access troubleshooting
  • Comfortable providing support to non-technical users
  • Scripting and automation skills (Bash Python)

Responsibilities

  • Own Google Workspace administration
  • Manage and improve SSO integrations across SaaS applications
  • Implement and improve SCIM provisioning
  • Drive automated joiner mover leaver processes
  • Maintain a structured SaaS inventory and run access reviews
  • Own Mac fleet management and MDM solutions
  • Implement zero-touch device deployment via Apple Business Manager
  • Standardize device configuration and security baselines
  • Manage software packaging and deployment
  • Maintain asset inventory lifecycle and secure offboarding wipes
  • Manage AWS IAM access and account permissions
  • Enforce secure access practices including MFA and key rotation
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support for employees
  • Own internal ticket flow and documentation
  • Create and maintain runbooks onboarding guides and internal how-to documentation
  • Partner with Security Engineering and People Ops to improve employee IT experience
