About the Role
You will own day-to-day IT operations and build scalable, automated systems for identity, device management, and onboarding. You will administer Google Workspace, manage SSO and SCIM provisioning, operate Mac fleet management and zero-touch deployment, manage AWS IAM access, provide L1/L2 support, create runbooks and onboarding guides, and continuously automate and improve internal IT workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations Client Platform or Endpoint Engineering
- Hands-on macOS administration experience
- Experience managing Mac MDM solutions (Kandji Jamf Rippling MDM Workspace ONE Intune)
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment
- Strong Google Workspace administration experience
- Experience with SAML SSO setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with SCIM provisioning setup and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of IAM fundamentals groups roles and audits
- Hands-on experience with AWS IAM policies roles and access troubleshooting
- Comfortable providing support to non-technical users
- Scripting and automation skills (Bash Python)
Responsibilities
- Own Google Workspace administration
- Manage and improve SSO integrations across SaaS applications
- Implement and improve SCIM provisioning
- Drive automated joiner mover leaver processes
- Maintain a structured SaaS inventory and run access reviews
- Own Mac fleet management and MDM solutions
- Implement zero-touch device deployment via Apple Business Manager
- Standardize device configuration and security baselines
- Manage software packaging and deployment
- Maintain asset inventory lifecycle and secure offboarding wipes
- Manage AWS IAM access and account permissions
- Enforce secure access practices including MFA and key rotation
- Provide L1/L2 IT support for employees
- Own internal ticket flow and documentation
- Create and maintain runbooks onboarding guides and internal how-to documentation
- Partner with Security Engineering and People Ops to improve employee IT experience
