About the Role
You will manage macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu endpoint fleets; automate device enrollment, identity lifecycle, and IT workflows; enforce security configurations; operate SSO integrations; audit access; document standards; and resolve complex client-side issues.
Requirements
- Manage macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu endpoint fleets
- Use zero-touch enrollment and endpoint-management tooling
- Implement CIS or similar security benchmarks as enforced configuration policy
- Script in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
- Understand SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
- Assess security and risk tradeoffs
- Document standards and policies
Responsibilities
- Own zero-touch enrollment for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu workstations
- Deploy enforced configuration profiles and osquery posture validations
- Operate FleetDM across endpoint platforms
- Maintain workstation builds and patch compliance
- Build hardened configurations for factory and low-connectivity sites
- Deploy and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon coverage
- Implement technical controls for data handling and IP protection
- Integrate applications with Okta using SAML and OIDC
- Design application authentication and RBAC
- Automate identity provisioning, entitlement, and deprovisioning
- Build Python, Bash, or PowerShell tooling for IT operations
- Run license and access audits
- Document standards, runbooks, and automation
- Escalate complex client-side issues and mentor Operations Specialists
