About the Role

You will provide an exceptional client experience to accredited investors through email, chat and phone channels. You will educate clients on the nuances of investing in private equity markets, asking the right questions to understand the root cause of each issue so you can resolve it efficiently. You will build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, collaborating within a team-based environment of financial professionals to meet client needs. You will constantly look for better ways to solve problems and exceed client expectations while adapting to changing market and business conditions.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 (may be obtained under a condition of employment)
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services
  • Ability to ask appropriate, probing questions to understand client needs
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused work style with demonstrated success in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional client experience to accredited investors through email, chat and phone contact channels
  • Educate clients on the nuances of investing in private equity markets
  • Ask probing questions to learn the root cause of client issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Build strong client and internal relationships by collaborating within a team-based environment
