About the Role
You will process investor-service work accurately within agreed timescales and comply with procedures, regulations, and service agreements. You will check data integrity, respond professionally to client emails, resolve or escalate queries, identify process improvements, and manage a high-volume workload independently while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Have a strong customer service background in retail, a contact centre, or a similar setting
- Use Excel proficiently for data analysis
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work accurately and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of financial services and FCA regulations is desirable
Responsibilities
- Process assigned work accurately within allocated timescales
- Follow internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service-level agreements
- Check work thoroughly to minimise errors and protect data integrity
- Draft and respond to client emails clearly and promptly
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent service
- Coordinate with internal functions to resolve client queries and escalate issues
- Handle repetitive and high-volume tasks accurately
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Prioritise assigned work and meet deadlines
- Work independently while remaining accountable for accuracy and timeliness
