You will support the client experience at an Investor Center by providing customer service and assisting with investment products and services. You will complete work assignments, collaborate on business challenges, identify process improvements, and develop knowledge of personal investing and financial planning.
Requirements
- Be an undergraduate student in the junior year of college.
- Demonstrate interest in investing and wealth management.
- Have experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
- Demonstrate leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
- Apply collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Understand current markets, the economy, and economic trends.
- Promote customer loyalty and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
