About the Role
You will join a core function and take ownership of day-to-day work alongside one or two larger projects. Your work may involve operations, product, growth, talent, CRM, sales, or automation workflows. You will communicate with senior leaders, external partners, and candidates.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- One or two previous internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or demonstrated initiative through relevant experiences
- Available for 3–6 months
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day work within a core team
