About the Role
You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define propositions, requirements, platform solutions, and target operating models. You will configure platform solutions, document bespoke needs, review solution documentation, provide training, and advise on compliant operating-model design.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, analysis, or architecture
- Knowledge of investment, wealth, life, or pensions products and markets
- FNZ Platform expertise across at least four functional areas
- Knowledge of the applicable regulatory environment
- Three or more years of delivery or consulting experience in financial services or wealth management
- Business-analysis or consulting experience
- Analytical thinking
- Computer skills
- Organisation, administration, and time-management skills
- Written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define customer propositions, product requirements, and platform solutions
- Capture and document customer business outcomes and requirements
- Design platform integrations and target operating models
- Configure the Model Wealth Solution for new platform implementations
- Document bespoke customer requirements and own their solution delivery
- Review and assure solution documentation
- Provide customer training, knowledge transfer, and consultancy
- Advise customers on platform compliance and operating-model design
- Support junior colleagues and continuous improvement
