About the Role
You plan investment-product services and strategies, establish service policies and high-level structures, flows, and operating standards, lead collaboration with design, backend, frontend, and QA functions, analyze service metrics, and operate services and targeted marketing.
Requirements
- At least three years of web or mobile service-planning experience
- End-to-end experience writing service plans, building services, and launching and operating them
- Ability to interpret data from a business perspective and derive insights
- Strong communication and requirements-definition skills
- Experience in virtual-asset exchanges, fintech, or financial institutions is preferred
- Experience actively using domestic or international virtual-asset exchange services is preferred
- UI/UX expertise and user-experience-focused thinking are preferred
- Experience leading projects and launching new services is preferred
