About the Role

You will support investment and trading compliance activities, regulatory reporting, data-quality work, and system upgrades. You will test and document system changes, assist with reviews and certifications, automate recurring workflows, map security-data fields to compliance rules, and build familiarity with trading systems and the trade lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program
  • Work independently and stay organized across multiple workstreams
  • Work with structured information, reconciliations, and system outputs
  • Use basic automation and AI tools to streamline repeatable work
  • Have SQL experience as a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support trading and compliance system upgrades by writing and running test scripts, validating expected behavior, and documenting results
  • Assist with personal trading reviews, regulatory disclosures, periodic certifications, and reconciliations
  • Build, pilot, and test automations and internal tools for compliance reporting and recurring workflows
  • Work with security and reference data and map key security fields to dependent compliance rules
  • Develop familiarity with trading systems and the trade lifecycle
  • Support diligence on third-party data, research, and technology providers
  • Expand into additional Compliance areas and related hedge-fund support functions
