About the Role

Join Areta's growing digital-assets advisory team and work with senior bankers and founders on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. Lead transaction execution and client engagement, manage analysts, drive workstreams, and deliver high-quality materials and analysis across the deal process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development; crypto or fintech experience preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with a deep understanding of corporate finance and transaction execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates, including due diligence, valuation, and process management.
  • Oversee and review analyst work on financial models, market research, and client deliverables.
  • Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and transaction documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support senior bankers in client interactions, negotiations, and deal structuring.
  • Monitor market trends, token ecosystems, and valuation dynamics across the digital asset industry.
  • Identify new opportunities and support business development and origination initiatives.
