About the Role
You will be included in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing, working directly with senior bankers and owning the day-to-day activities of each deal. You will begin with rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers, then be staffed on live M&A and capital raising transactions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and work seamlessly under pressure while engaging directly with client executives.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of an undergraduate or Master program, or graduating by December 2026
- Finance or Accounting major preferred
- Minimum 3.7 cumulative GPA
- 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred
- Prior finance and/or accounting internship experience ideal
- Excellent problem solving and analytic ability
- Strong quantitative and technical skills
- Strong data management and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
