About the Role
Analysts participate in all aspects of transactions, work directly with senior bankers, manage day-to-day deal activities, complete rigorous classroom training, and support live M&A and capital raising transactions.
Requirements
- Recent graduate of an undergraduate or Master program, or graduating by December 2026
- Finance or Accounting major preferred
- Minimum 3.7 cumulative GPA
- 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred
- Prior finance and/or accounting internship experience ideal
- Excellent problem solving and analytic ability
- Strong work ethic and a drive for perfection
- Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines
- Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial
- Strong quantitative and technical skills
- Strong data management and research skills
- Maturity and poise to work directly with client executives
- Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing
- Work directly with senior bankers on deal teams
- Manage day-to-day activities of each transaction
- Execute M&A and capital raising transactions
- Complete rigorous classroom training led by seasoned bankers
- Work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
