About the Role
You will support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates by conducting market and financial analysis, researching companies and token ecosystems, and building valuation models and public comparables. You will prepare client and investor materials, help coordinate transactions, and contribute to strategic recommendations across live transactions and pitches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Internship experience in M&A advisory, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Financial modeling and valuation skills
- Understanding of corporate finance and transaction execution
- Communication, project-management, and presentation abilities
- Interest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies
