You will complete a 10-week summer program beginning in June 2027. You will build and review financial models, analyze financial and debt information, research companies and markets, support advisory assignments, and prepare client materials. You will also assist with due diligence and transaction process management.

Requirements

• Be currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate college or university
• Have an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028
• Demonstrate interest in investment banking, restructuring, credit, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Demonstrate quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Understand financial statements, accounting, and valuation concepts
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Build and review financial models, liquidity forecasts, valuation analyses, recovery analyses, and transaction scenarios
• Analyze financial statements, business plans, debt structures, maturity profiles, and liquidity needs
• Conduct company, industry, capital markets, and transaction research
• Support live capital structure advisory assignments and new-business opportunities
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and analytical work products
• Assist with due diligence, data analysis, and transaction process management
• Work with analysts, associates, and senior bankers
• Collaborate with industry coverage, M&A, and capital markets professionals
• Participate in team discussions, training sessions, and professional-development programming
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines accurately and efficiently
