About the Role
You will work closely with a Wealth Advisor to develop and manage a book of business. You will provide client service, identify opportunities to gather assets and increase revenue, support total wealth planning, prepare and present client reports and recommendations, develop communications and marketing materials, coach associates, and streamline administrative processes.
Requirements
- Experience in the securities industry
- Approval as a Registered Representative with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities to gather assets and increase revenue
- Use product and service knowledge to identify opportunities within the client base
- Work with Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to deepen client relationships
- Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients
- Develop and distribute client communications and marketing materials
- Provide direction and coaching to associates
- Review practices to streamline administrative processes
- Complete and log administrative tasks for tracking
