About the Role
You produce high-quality commercial valuations across all asset types for mortgage security purposes. You prepare reports in line with industry standards, manage your workload and deadlines, apply property knowledge to provide insights to stakeholders, collaborate on property projects, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You need Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation, commercial valuation experience, analytical skills, report-writing ability, and a valid driver's licence.
