About the Role
You will manage global tax compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and reporting obligations. You will support international tax planning, assess permanent establishment risks, review tax calculations and financial reporting documentation, assist with tax audits, monitor Israeli and international tax legislation, and improve tax processes, controls, and reporting tools. You will also collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders on cross-border transactions and tax matters.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant tax experience, including experience in a Big 4 or international tax advisory firm and/or an in-house tax role
- Strong knowledge of Israeli tax regulations, international taxation, and transfer pricing
- Experience with the OECD framework and cross-border tax structuring
- Experience with tax compliance and tax risk management in a multinational environment
- Ability to work effectively and independently with external advisors and internal cross-functional partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Manage global tax compliance operations, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and other reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- Support international tax planning and analysis, including transfer pricing, permanent establishment risk assessments, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border structuring
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders on cross-border transactions
- Review tax calculations, provisions, disclosures, and documentation for financial reporting
- Assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities in Israel and other jurisdictions
- Monitor developments in Israeli and international tax legislation, including OECD initiatives, and recommend appropriate actions
- Develop tax processes, controls, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
