About the Role
You will work for six months in investment banking focused on mergers and acquisitions. You will assist deal teams with live transactions, perform financial due diligence and research, prepare analyses and transaction documents, draft pitch materials and presentations, identify M&A and financing opportunities, and gain direct client exposure.

- Work alongside Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents
- Perform the functions of a full-time Analyst
- Assist deal teams in live transactions
