About the Role
You will analyze inventory levels, transactions, usage, and discrepancies for data-center and supercomputer materials. You will investigate variances, produce inventory reports and dashboards, reconcile physical and system inventory, maintain ERP and WMS data quality, collaborate on planning, and improve receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or related experience
- 1+ years of SQL experience
- Ability to work on-site in warehouse or data-center environments with varying temperatures and noise
- Ability to perform occasional lifting, standing, and movement in inventory and staging areas
Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory transactions, levels, usage, discrepancies, and trends
- Perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances and implement corrective actions
- Generate inventory reports and dashboards
- Support cycle counts and reconcile physical and system inventory
- Maintain data quality, lot traceability, serial traceability, and location traceability in ERP and WMS systems
- Collaborate on inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow
- Improve receiving, storage, kitting, issuance, and staging processes
- Track high-value assets and critical spare parts
- Follow procedures, work instructions, and standard operating documents
- Manage priorities independently and communicate findings to stakeholders
