About the Role
You will own monthly payroll operations for assigned EMEA countries, including input validation, reviews, approvals, reconciliations, funding, and payment confirmation. You will resolve provider and compliance issues, maintain HRIS and ADP Celergo data, support payroll expansions, and improve controls, reporting, documentation, testing, and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll operations experience
- Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries or a regional payroll environment
- Experience with external payroll providers and multi-country payroll platforms
- ADP Celergo experience preferred
- Knowledge of payroll controls, data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, statutory deductions, social contributions, and audit support
- Knowledge of Serbia or Poland payroll processes
- English communication skills
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end monthly payroll operations for assigned EMEA countries
- Validate payroll inputs and employee data
- Manage payroll reviews, approvals, reconciliations, funding, and payment confirmation
- Resolve discrepancies, provider issues, statutory requirements, and compliance activities
- Maintain HRIS and ADP Celergo data
- Produce or review payroll reports, payslips, accounting outputs, and audit evidence
- Support payroll expansion and entity-transition activities
- Improve controls, reporting, documentation, testing, workflows, and automation
