About the Role
You will define and deliver the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, architecture, and governance. You will prioritize use cases, deploy an AI platform, establish security and human-in-the-loop guardrails, industrialize AI-assisted development, manage AI FinOps, promote internal product use, and eventually build an Internal AI function.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, AI or Data Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, or AI Product
- Experience delivering AI solutions in production
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, and MCP
- Experience with Dify, Dust, n8n, Open WebUI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, AI inference, and GPU environments
- Foundations in software engineering, security, CI/CD, IAM, and AI governance
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Deploy an enterprise AI platform and AI-ready architecture
- Define AI governance, security, and human-in-the-loop guardrails
- Industrialize AI-assisted development workflows
- Drive AI FinOps
- Promote internal use of infrastructure, AI products, and open-source models
- Build AI best practices, communities, and standards
- Recruit and build an Internal AI team
