- English fluency
- Experience as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products
- Experience implementing AI or machine learning products
- API, back-end, and front-end interface experience
- LLM fine-tuning, advanced RAG, or agentic use-case experience
- Machine learning and LLM knowledge

- Open-source contributions in the LLM space
