Requirements
- 4+ years of production engineering experience
- Backend engineering fundamentals
- AI agent, LLM-powered tool, or workflow automation experience
- Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js proficiency
- AWS or GCP familiarity
- DevOps familiarity
- Internal tools or developer platform experience
- Cross-functional delivery experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to scope technical work and define deliverables
- Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities for productivity improvement
- Build internal tools, agents, and automated workflows
- Harden high-potential tools into scalable production solutions
- Build custom demo environments, proof-of-concept applications, and technical assets
- Document tools, architectures, and usage patterns
- Debug, extend, and maintain backend systems
