About the Role
You will track active projects, prepare meeting agendas and protocols, and follow up on actions. You will synchronize information across functions and sites, maintain documentation in Confluence and shared folders, support departmental operations, contribute to selected technical tasks, and translate project documents.
Requirements
- Master's student in international management, intercultural communication, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of project tracking, milestone management, and coordination processes
- Full professional proficiency in German and English
- Ability to create slide-based communications
- Experience coordinating stakeholders or tracking tasks across organizational units
Responsibilities
- Track project status, dependencies, and communication gaps
- Prepare meeting agendas, document protocols, and follow up on action items
- Synchronize updates across functions and sites
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and shared folders
- Support departmental operations, lab management, meeting organization, and critical-point tracking
- Contribute to selected simulation, CAD, or BOM tasks
- Translate project documents across German, English, and Chinese
