About the Role
You will support the daily operation of trading and core-banking platforms. You will help monitor applications, track incidents and releases, support client onboarding and testing, maintain configurations, organize Jira tickets, and improve documentation and the Confluence knowledge base under supervision.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, finance, or a related field.
- Interest in trading systems, financial technology, or digital assets.
- Basic understanding of software-system communication.
- English written and spoken communication skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, FIX, or REST.
- Familiarity with Jira or Confluence.
- Exposure to capital markets, trading, or financial services.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and structured processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor trading and core-banking applications and track issues.
- Support incident triage, documentation, and follow-up.
- Prepare and document platform releases and change-control steps.
- Support client conformance testing and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain platform and application settings under supervision.
- Keep Jira tickets and the backlog organized.
- Prepare and execute tests for platform changes.
- Maintain platform documentation and the Confluence knowledge base.
